So I was eating baby carrots at dinner tonight and discovered I must have some sort of allergy to them because they make my ears itch, just like banana's do. I know that's weird, but it's true. So now I have a GIGANTIC bag of carrots that someone is welcome to, or my family will have to try to work their way through it. BUT I did get all my servings of veggies today! I'll just have to find a new kind for tomorrow.

Bananas make your ears itch? Interesting...Good to know that there are indeed food allergies in the family. My new favorite veggies are squash and zuccini. Slice and Sautee those bad boys and they are DELICIOUS! Maybe you can try those instead of carrots.
